    Tonev. Who do we believe?

Tom English pretty much nails it.

Who is better placed to pass judgement?

Scott Brown. Or a hugely experienced and respected Judge.

The Celtic fans on here will of course believe any old shoite that comes from one of their brood.

it was tonevs word v logans, no other witnesses saw the alleged incident.

tonev was judged that he wasnt a good enough witness but logan was, how they came to that decision is beyond most of us, as logan is an abusive person and has 2 counts of this.

i urge every tim to make a formal complaint to the police regarding logans twitter abuse of tonev.

    i already have.

Putting aside for one minute the issue of whether Logan was wise to tweet what he did, you think a guy posting a selfie of him sticking his tongue out and doing the 'loser' sign constituted 'abuse' and was worth bothering the police about?

As is usual. If this had happened to one of their players they would have the contrary opinion.

On the other hand I have a Celtic supporting colleague who is disgusted with Tonev and in particular the stance of the club.

This bit - nail on the napper:

"Celtic wholly accepted - and still accept - one man's word over another - Tonev's. Now they are criticising the judicial panel's appellate tribunal for doing the same.

There is a difference, of course. Celtic are not exactly neutrals in this whereas the judicial panel most certainly is. It is a properly independent body, chaired by a legal heavyweight with no connection to Hampden."

so where do we draw the line on whats abuse, whats not and whats racism.

is it that if you abuse a black person its automatically racism but if a black person abuses a white person(and it does happen) its ignored or at most abuse.

logans behaviour on twitter is abusive, and evident unlike tonevs kangaroo court guilt.

So again, to clarify, are you equating calling someone a 'black c--t' with someone mocking someone else on Twitter?

Where's the abuse from Logan Reve? (this should be good...)
