Torture and mutilation claims by Iraqis thrown out..

All a pack of deliberate lies against British soldiers.

Just thought I'd link this as normally so many, like john65 for instance, have lots to say about the British involvement in the Middle East and yet they seem strangely silent on this major headline.

And that... - view external link

    'Major'?
The fact that allagations that had already been withdrawn from an enquiry were proved to be false doesn't actually say anything about anyone, except that in this particular instance, some people made up stories about the people who had illegally invaded their country and held them prisoner for having the downright cheek to defend it against aforementioned illegal invaders.

Can we just be clear here - are you saying that the illegal invasion of Iraq by US-led forces, and the involvement of UK armed forces, was a good thing to have happened?

Oh itsb, stop being so suspicious and conspiracy theorist. You're not in the forces any more - acclimatise.

Are you drunk perhaps, pal? Seriously. Youre a middle aged, ex forces poet who spends a lot of time on forums in silly argument. Is this the post forces life you dreamed of?
