    Bin lorry has apparently wiped out a load of pedestrians at george square, several dead and loads injured.

    Shocking news.

    An absolute tragedy, poor souls getting caught up in this. Despite the crappy weather today, that wee area at Royal Exchange Square would have been very busy.

    Terrible news indeed ... some of the witness statements are harrowing and some of them will have problems wiping out the memories of what they saw.


    Thoughts are with the families of the deceased and best wishes to the injured.

    I got on a train at Queen Street at 2:30pm yesterday, must have just missed it.

    Absolutely horrible thing to happen at any time of the year.
