    Son of the untouchable

Jeff Stelling said, when Ness scored on Saturday, that his dad Elliott would be pleased.

But will Stoke want him back for good?

Maybe this is daft speculation, given that he looks light years away from their first team, but what if they're beginning to be encouraged by his form?

I was struck by the harsh criticism of Geoff Cameron during last night's game. It was said that he was not a midfielder, and he seemed to make a lot of mistakes.

If he was desperately trying to fill in in that position, and Stoke have players ready to come back, then there'd be less of a problem for us. And this may well be the case.

But anyway, how many on this site would truly miss him?
