The SPL is wide open right now.

Any one of five teams could win it right now.

Weird how this seems to bother certain people. :/

It is exciting at the top, celtic should win it but would be fantastic if Aberdeen or United could do it. Cannae see any other club doing it even though Hamilton are only a point behind us and 6 behind celtic.

I'd love it if almost anyone other than Celtic won it. I agree that Utd and Aberdeen have the best chance of doing so, currently Aberdeen seem the better bet, but a loss of form or a few dodgy defeats and our chance lessens.

I just hope that someone is within touching distance come the split at 33 games. It'd be great to see how Ra Tic, who don't seem that convinced of themselves meantime, cope with a challenge.

Not winning the title would be a humiliation for Celtic largely because of their much greater resources.

However it would be major disaster for Sevco. In addition to returning to the SPL, a resumption of the two-horsed race status quo of the last couple of decades or so is ***** for them.

I'll be honest - I have not seen the level of consistency fron RD's team that would make me believe this title is in the bag by any means. Celtic do have greater resources, but are reluctant to use them since the death of the huns. It will be a fairly exciting run-in for everyone. Except the diddy huns, who I would assume are already resigned to spending another year in the diddy league...

That's true, but I cannae see just happening for a good few years and in any case it's starting to look like they may not even be the best bet in the playoffs. Right now I' d go for Hibs.
