Thread: Hoddle

    Hoddle

IF Mac did leave, the only similar styled coach i would welcome coming to Derby for continuity of free flowing football would be Hoddle. I think he would slot straight in with the current players we have, what do you think?

NB. I want Mac to stay!!!

Hmmm? Both coached at the highest level, both like to play good football, both show clear innovation when coaching? Tell me how they are disimilar in their preferred style of play?

Hoddle has got a great record as a coach and infinitely better than McClaren at international level. Don't forget what he did at Swindon was amazing at such a small club. You may want to reevaluate that one.

However he is reported to be away with the pixies so probably not a good idea. - view external link

Ironically the most linked with a vacant job manager never to actually get a vacant job since his last job!

And Hoddle has achieved exactly what at the highest level??? His England record was average to say the least.
