    big mistake gerrard.

    on him leaving liverpool to go to the mls.

    same for beckham and lampard if he goes.

    leaving the english premiership or la liga and going to the mls is like leaving the rolling stones in 1973 and going to hot chocolate or the wurzels.

    gerrard should stay.

    any thoughts

    If he feels it's time for him to go then he should.
    Maybe he doesnt want to sit on the bench next season at Liverpool or play against them with another club.

    Plus he gets a shed load of money for playing in a relatively poor league which won't be so hard on his body, and living the high life in the states.
    Good move for him.
