I of to gan to Alston

    On Friday.

Is there a chance that I'll chicken out like Kel, and leave my client stranded, or will I battle threw the horrendous conditions without complaint?

I were stuck in traffic. It's not my fault other drivers aren't up to stretch.

Youse could of taken an leep out off of my book, and check the weather conditions before setting off of. There were loads off of warnings, but they obviously fell on death ears. It were absolucally stupid to of set off of on such an journey, I wouldert of touched them roads with an badge poll.

    Alston visit update:

I set off of at anbout 0800 on Friday morning. As soon as I set off of it started to snow. I got to Cockermouth and the snow were getting quite heavy, but I decided to carry on regardless. It got worse and worse, and by the time I got to Penrith (0915) I were wondering if I were just being an tad foolish. Anyway I continued, by the time I got to Langwathby the snow had slowed considerably, and when I got on to the Hartside pass there were none at all. Alston, it turned out, had got nee snow at all when I got there, it were geet odd.
