    Afraid of change

Why do we persist in the same formation when we are being outplayed
Couldn't believe we put Bent on wide right
Why also didn't we put Shotton on for Mascarell for more strength go for a back five &let the full backs push on
Russell was absolutely done after 60 minutes
and if Buxton doesn't stop grabbing every striker he plays against ,just for f***s sake give a penalty against him to show him up for the type of player he is...

lets put this one to bed. mistakes were made on and off the pitch. lets move on to the next game. its not that we do not have the chance to amend things. maybe game plan went wrong due to Ibe being recalled.

there was nothing wrong with the formation. it worked pretty well in the first 45 minutes from where I was sitting.

the problem was that we started hoofing it for no reasons right after half time. that's not the formation - that's just ****e from the players!

There is a lot of focus on the capitulation in the seconds half, but actually watching the game again we weren't that brilliant in the first. We scored a lucky goal and their keeper had to make one save from a deflected shot but that was it. We had around 55% possession and played some pretty stuff but yet again failed to kill them off.
Russell ran his socks off and was by far my MoM, Ward was obviously rusty and seemed determined to keep the ball when quite often a pass was on. Martin must have been totally fed up, making good runs and no service.
There seemed to be something going on with Grant and Keogh for much of the match which was not good to see.
    Omar struggled all game.
