    Darren Bent an Plan B

I just hope going forwards steve plays Darren Bent down the centre and in his preferred position,Pushing him out wide is not playing to his strengths. I think we have become to reliant on Chris Martin 2nd half v forest he barely won a header v hobbs, therefore this affected us going forwards. I'd look at changing to a 4-4-2 diamond if martin is having a quiet game or ineffective, that way we can still play a def midfielder.
Also I'm very concerned having to play the next 3 to 4 games minus Eustace and thorne, mascarell did ok on sat but he's not good enough.

And Swale was just saying the other day how good mascarell is even tho he hasn't shown this yet with over half the season gone!

And don't expect Thorne to come back and hit the ground running. Can take ten games or more even to just get match fit. Them the seasons nearly over. Don't over expect there.

I think what is evident now is that the current management have failed to improve on the quality already at the club and as such the cracks have appeared. Still a few weeks of the transfer window to go but I'm not holding my breath on the evidence so far!
