I am interviewing a few people next week ( wrong shift& seems I lost the toss ! )
some bint I know has applied , the thing being is I have known her since a I was a nipper , she is a lovely girl , I know her hubby well & her kids etc ,you couldn't meet a nicer girl , the only thing being is she is a proper moaner , she is thick as **** & she irritates you to death with her silly laugh & has a crap attendance ...nuff said eh , however as said it could give me some grief & I need to let her down gently ...?

What Noggy said although I have to ask as this may require a rethink, has she got big tits?Originally Posted by noggyblue

Simply state conflict of interest between your acquaintance with the interviewee and your work.
