That ad in the Herald by some Celtic fans

Bit of a strange ad but looks factually bang on the money.

I heard some bunch of Tims spent 3,000 on it

This yahoo journo can't wait to see his beloved Celtic play their old rivals Rangers. He obviously thinks they are the same club.

I hope his house insurance is up to date - view external link

Anyone who works in the media who wants to continue working in the media has to maintain the fiction that 'The Rangers' are not a new club. :/

Nope not a penny - they don't speak for me but you knew that. I did know you'd post on this thread though :-)

Indeed, the media would have nearly as big a heart attack as the SFA if sevco went down the pan. All very entertaining for others though.

Pretty sure we'll be seeing these commercials on tv pleading to give them cash and help them out, like the advert for saving donkeys. - view external link

Here's a section of how Mirror football reported the advert.

"For years Scottish football would pinpoint the two dates in the SPL season when Celtic and Rangers would meet each other in the Old Firm Derby, now though it's a thing of the past.

The intense rivalry between the two sides ran for decades up until Rangers went into liquidation and eventually folded in 2012, a time when 'the new Rangers' started at the foot of Scottish football."

The ad seems to be totally accurate.

The uncomfortable truth for some in Scottish football is that this Rangers is a new Rangers.

    Absolute Fact
