    backrom staff

Anyone sitting in the West Stand can see the chaos every home match with the back up staff. Mackay is standing on the touch line while his staff Barrow, Pollit and Mackay's side kick are arguing and not making decisions, eg. who is coming off and who is going on the pitch. It is embarrassing seeing them so undecided. God knows what the opposite dug out think when they look over to our dug out!! so unprofessional as a club.
Yes we need a clean out of players, but how much is Graham Barrow getting every week, off load him, he is useless, and was sacked once by DW.
    A new broom sweeps clean.
Come on CEO of the club, get your brush out.

The clubs the laughing stock of the football league (at present).

We seem to be the butt of every other clubs fans jokes, from comments about racist managers & chairmen, to jokes about our new kit featuring white hoods & burning crosses "we've heard them all". But as with previous dark days you just grin and bare it and know that we'll come through somehow but like so many other supporters I'm no longer certain our club management or directors have a plan that sees us making any attempt to put up a fight!

We've sacked managers with better records than Mackay currently has, and even Chris Hutchings had a better record in a harder division!!

Now on top of that it seems any player worth "two bob" is available for any price, even if it's half what we paid!

also the club are now offering cash incentives to local youth groups etc to bring people to games!! Yes that's right we are now paying people incentives to attend matches!!!!

So a season ticket holder is now well and truly gettin

For the record, Barrow is the one the players respect the most and many wish he'd been given a chance to manage this squad. A Wigan legend, at least the players would be having a go if he was in charge as opposed to having 5 days a week MacKay! Yep he has 2 days off every week and is living in Watford.

Whilst he's on a rolling contract and the fa's decision due god knows when there's more chance of the chilcott enquiry getting published I would assume he his living in Watford for that reason

And I notice your argument that it's MM's fault the players arn't performing nothing to do with when Rosler was here there has been no improvement which leads to the backroom staff what have they been up tp the last 9 months

Twitters already told thee, DW sacked manager Barrow when he bought the club.
No doubt he was cracking player and a legend in his playing days here, I agree.
But that doesn't him a good manager/assistant manager/coach or whatever job he does here now ?
ps he took charge when Coyle departed for 2 games Leeds away,Millwall away...Lost Both!
