Peter lawwell for President of FIFA

Hard to imagine a better candidate in my view. Years of experience of running a club at the very top level and enjoying great success both on and off the park. Also his commitment to fair play and sporting integrity are unparalleled. An all round great guy who would be a breath of fresh air to the halls of FIFA. :/

Lots of people talk about sporting integrity but Lawwell actually took actions based on it which could easily have been to the financial detriment of his club (although it wasn't) and he deserves a hell of a lot of credit for this :/

    OMHS

I wouldn't even have him in charge of the SFA, which had the likes of Regan, Ogilvie, and Farry in charge.

He's too interested in the limelight, too associated with one football club, more a businessman than a football man, too inclined to make some smart Alec comments about other clubs, too full of his own self importance

I like Peter Lawwell and he does an excellent job for Celtic juggling keeping the shareholders of Celtic PLC and the fans of the fitba club happy...too many slag the guy without any foundation but Celtic could do a helluva lot worse than Pedro.
