Once the team sheet was up,showing Grant Hanley recalled and Shane Duffy dropped it was curtains before a ball had been kicked...![]()
Our current form is relegation, even Bowyer described it as "shocking defending". But what did he expect after a team sheet like that?

I'm with Bob on this one. I saw the team sheet, a minor improvement over Wigan, but that's it. When Hanley came off to be replaced by Rhodes, I guessed Marshall was moved to left back and knew that the points were Derby's. Players in good form being left out, (Taylor being a case in point). Hanley is in shocking form and very immature on the pitch at the moment, (although Boywer said he did a good job yesterday? I dunno, I wasn't there).
Don't get me wrong, Derby are a very good, strong team, but seeing the same players and tactics that are simply not working out week after week is just getting silly. If we were playing well and not getting the rub of the green, I'd understand. But the league set up is awful to see. No shape, no linking play, comical last ditch defending with Hanley ignoring Steele's shouts then shouting at Steele for trying to do his job. Marshall is utterly wasted at left back and does no better job there than others that have been there this season and are availabl
Bowyer is not up to the task.
As I said on the Duffy thread if he picked hanley after the way Duffy and kilgallon played against Swansea what little bit of faith I had would disappear
It's that hurry up end of season feeling
A new manager must be in place next season otherwise it's mid to lower table obscurity at best under Gary bowyer.
