Rumours in edinburgh are that" the Heff" is leaving Hibs today and some Hibs fans seem to think he is heading to Palmerston.
With Fowler's Killie connection this rumour may have some mileage.
Would be a solid signing - has played for some decent English teams and would give us added experience.
