Anyone use this service? Been using it for last month or so and every week our order has been WRONG. Tonight we decided to complain to JUST EAT (after the take away in question wernt too bothered) and were told to "go order from somewhere else" (that's a quote).

Some takeanways offer an 45 minute express service and if they* divvent deliver it in that time you* get an credit to your anccount. They* divvent get orders wrong either.

I of claimed twice and been successful.

Not really a complainer but tonight I felt they took the piss. Tbf the food is great when we get what we order.

I'm not really au fait with the service, why not order direct from the takeanway directly?

Two reasons.

1) She has the account so she pays.
2) I'm a half jock so tend not to bother what goes on as long as I don't have to pay.
