    A fantastic all-round display.

Dowie was immense today, Holt, Kidd, Burns and McShane were all excellent too.

No failures on the pitch today and hats off to Fowler for sticking with a very adventurous 3 at the back formation . Did make it a nervous last 20 minutes but fortune favours the brave. Tremendous!!!!!

An excellent team effort today, every player was a candidate for man of the match. It was the display of Paul Burns that caught my eye, it was as if he had been playing every game all season and that he had never been away. The cup holders never got to grips with us today and we were worthy winners in the end. Derek Lyle, what can you say, a personal favourite of mine and a cult hero at Palmerston and gets another goal after his treble last week.
Brilliant to see Jim Atkinson race all the way to the other end of the pitch to celebrate Gavins clinching goal, supeb stuff.

I want a home daw next round and a winnable tie which would see us back in the semi finals and another trip to Hampden.

I think St Johnstone ''and their referee'' thought they were going to come here and walk into the next round. Its lucky for them we missed a good few other chances or it could have been embarrassing.

Stand outs for me were Holt, Burns and Dowie.

Just brilliant! Well done every Queens player!
Just great to see Burnsy and McKenna on the pitch. Was worried about the lack of tackling on the pitch for the end part of the game but I reckoned without the reappearance of McKenna.
Lost my bet though, as he didn't pick up a booking.
    Another home tie please.

So, whom would you prefer? We currently have through to the next round Queens, Falkirk, Hibs, Spartans or Berwick Rangers, Celtic and ICT; with Rangers and Dundee United favourites to join them. Would you prefer, say, Spartans at Palmerston or Celtic at Parkhead? I would suggest we really don't want Falkirk or ICT or even Dundee United away but what do you think?

Great fun, that. First visit to Palmerston in a while and well worth the 200 mile round trip. Next? Not Falkirk, Hibs or Rangers please. Otherwise bring it on!
