    Will Hughes MasterClass

Have to say today's performance from will was probably his best of the season he controlled the tempo of the game calm under pressure assists and took some heavy tackles but dusted him self down and got stuck in . Hes such a naturally gifted footballer not your typical english player more european . I know a certain poster wouldnt agree but when you have played at a decent level and in that roll you appreciate just how good he is

For me there is one last test: Tuesday.

Can he control the tempo there, break the play and keep the ball. I think having a Ince is going to help.

I'd honestly play Dawkins instead of Ward. The ball retention and the triangles would be something else to watch - especially away from home.

Thought Hughes anticipated where Ince was going to be so often today, I think that pairing is going to be awesome in a few weeks.

Jamie was laboured today. He was given a lot of the ball but as others have said failed to deliver. Had a very good opportunity but fluffed his lines with a poor shot.

I'd put Dawkins in over Ward on Tuesday.

Will Hughes was again immense today. Clearly targeted by Lennon for some rough stuff. Turkey of a ref should have given Hughesy more protection.

Clearly Ince and Hughes have an understanding from England u21.

I know it's stupid to tempt fate, but if Thorne gets back in 3 weeks and gets fitness back, I can't see Boro or Bournemouth living with us for the remainder of the season. We lacerated a good Bolton side today. Forget what Lennon said post-match; we were too hot for them. Men against boys.

I didn't think Lennon was too harsh.

    "Bolton manager Neil Lennon:
"It was a poor performance. We were comfortable for 40 minutes, then Tom Ince scores a fantastic free-kick but we didn't deal with the reaction at all well and we shot ourselves in the foot.
"Derby are a quality side at this level and have strength in depth but we looked a bit lightweight in the second half and I'm not happy with the performance today at all.
"I want a reaction as quickly as possible. It's all right the players lifting themselves for Liverpool, anyone can do that but these are the games they earn their living from and we were second best for large parts of this game but you have to give Derby credit."

Full 90 already up on RamsPlayer. Just been watching. Wow what a treat you had a PP today. Will Hughes was immense. Ince breathtaking. Martin... What an exquisite pass for Ince second. Hendrick and Mascarell... I've been super critical of both them lately, but boy did they have a great game today.
The only let down today was Shotton, whose ball control was just not good enough. Centre half playing out of position at right back. That said, his lack of ability going forward I think gives Forsyth more licence to roam.
    A great day.

Tuesday is my local match and I'll be there in person for a change. Really looking forward to that. Should be a cracker.

Except Right back is his natural position!

I thought he had a good game today, sure he isn't as attacking as Christie, but has more defensively.

I was thinking exactly the same, Christie is definitely more effective going forward but I think that we should stick with Shotton on Tuesday night purely due to Bournemouth's goal scoring record
