    Pensioner Bonds

Whats the scoop with these things? Inter generational theft was the headline in the Daily Nazi this morning but Labour support them. Should I get some for my mum?

I wouldn't go as far as saying theft, but in effect non-pensioners will have to pay for these inflated rates one way or the other

As a younger(60)investor i'm only getting .90% on my current NS&I bond so i'm peeved that this scheme isn't open to all

Regardless of what the government say they are attempting to buy the "grey vote" at the forthcoming election, the scheme finishes just after election day!

£10k max in both schemes, 1yr and 3yr bonds, interest is taxable, so your mother may as well take advantage and then vote Green
