A simple no. You can only recall a loan in a transfer window, and this has to be a clause in the contract.
PL clubs also have to submit their squads again for the remaining fixtures after the window closes. Anyone over 23 (i think) cannot be included after the deadline.
Youth loans are different, but the whole thing b borinzzzzz

Can Bent be recalled?
Does anyone know if Darren Bent can be recalled by Villa from his loan?
It was widely reported that he'd had a fall out with Lambert and now that he's gone, might the new guy want him back in the squad?
Lets be honest, having scored 12 PL goals all season surely they'll want all the firepower they can get.
