FAO Aussie owl...Should we change our manager?

    Gray out...Negative tactics...negative substitutions...No wingers...Starts with Maghoma..AGAIN...Fresh impetus needed...Along with a drawn out takeover ratification...The Wednesday way isn't it?

    Nooooo Mickly,
    Keep him.
He'll be great for a promotion push next season.
I reckon he's one of the best league one managers around.

I guess you're asking me because you reckon I think we shouldn't.

Well you're right, I don't think Gray should be sacked...I hate the managerial merry go round, if any club proves it doesn't work then surely Wednesday are that club...sacking managers at the first sign of a bad run just doesn't work, what is it, four**** managers in twenty years?

Also, Wednesday aren't a club who can attract the best bosses in the world, if you'd asked me should we change Gray for Mourinho I'd say yes, lets see what a proven master can do with our club, the reality is of course people of that calibre are very thin on the ground & none of them would come to us.

No Mick, Wednesday are stuck in the mire that has taken over football & in th

Spot on..Well said that man...Sorry mucker, I blame the frothy stuff WAWAW...Need to cut out the recent sloppy defensive mistakes, turn Millwall over and stop this worrying rot...Needs to address the problem on the wings though..and put teams defences on the back foot..Can't rely on our defence all the time..its bound to crack, and the mistakes at the back get magnified when going forward its constantly not happening..It frustrates when other sides around us manage to snag decent wingers..especially when they don't break the bank to get them..Hope Gray's the man that turns it around..The bloke's a gent!

    Hey up Mickly,
When I moved into my house in Worksop, I quickly found out my next door neighbour was an Owl. How unlucky was that for us both?!
Anyway, when Gray was given the job, he summed him up perfectly it seems.
A great coach and a thoroughly nice bloke respected by his players, but lacking when it comes to

I'm a supporter of sticking with a manager.

I'd love to know who people would want if he left? Because I'm struggling to come up with anys.

    I say stick with him.

But tbh what we think is gonna have no bearing on what the new owners will, if anything, actually do.

What about the bloke from Brentford..Can't actually believe they want rid of him at the end of the season...WTF..
