    PREDICTOCOMP TABLE HERE

This week Pete has discovered the pitfalls of going on holiday and not getting online. Unlucky Pete. Cayambe's non-appearance puts him bottom. Meanwhile, Noggy's novel entry-system continues to pick him up points, and proves that chance is possibly better than prediction. I was the only one to get a score right, but at least nobody got nowt - if they entered. CAB's group D was treated as all results as he didn't put a score in. It seems fair. As usual check my maths as I've now proved that I can add up, but transcription may be my weak point.

    Griff (6) 26
    Sandpit (2) 21
    Noggy (5) 19
    Pete (DNE) 18
    Piglet (2) 14
    Beast (4) 14
    Benji (2) 9
    CAussieB (5) 8
    Cayambe (DNE) 4

    Good luck next week.

At first, I was not suspicious of this league's fairness. I wrote it all off to the Pigster's propensity to find fault in everything.

But now, my antennas are up and running.

Is this an inside job or what?

I would hope big money isn't riding on this for any of the "also ran-s" here.

The answer's easy FT. Enter and find out. We already have an Aussie entrant. This could end up as the most cosmopolitan competition on Footymad.

Griff: My CUFC world is mostly based in personal fantasy. Think Disneyland / Tinkerbell and Micky Mouse and Goofy here. It is an illusion of sorts

I have no basis to make predictions on the multiple levels of English football.

I barely keep my nose above water following CUFC. (Who I really do care about - but not in what you would consider a connected way.)
