    Gunner's away

    Saw Sky News headlines, The club and Gunner have separated "by mutual consent". The big man was probably wasting his time, hope he finds an appointment soon.

    Good luck to him. I hope he ends up at a team that he will get regular first team games.

    Gunner's a gonner ! He ain't daft all the same - nice wee pay off, and the Faroes sea salmon season starts Saturday. He'll rake it in on double-time with the trawlers

    Good deal for us - you assume we managed to save a little by letting him go early as a favour and he clearly wasn't getting a look in again.

    very good Sieb, you must have been feeling very smug with you Faroese/trawler/salmon stereotype...hardly a fitting departure for one of our players. Did you post similar Guinness/tatie famine/leprechaun wisdom when Randolph left. Thought not[!]128515;[!]128515;[!]128515;

    I had high hopes for Gunnar when he arrived, but he never really cut it. Penalty save in 3-3 v Celtic, was that the highlight?

    I wish him well, a good pro, who did his best and I hope he finds a club.

    Woahh, woahh guys - you really took that wee jibe seriously?! I hope Gunnar (note; I'm the only 1 who made sure the big guy's was spelled correctly), makes himself a living between some sort of nets; was just trying to lighten our mood. No offence intended

    I though it was funny, racism/sectarianism is abhorrent and has no place in the world, but ffs there is a difference between those horrible things and a bit of crack, lighten up. Why do people get so offended at the slightest thing they disagree on. He was hardly Ally Maxwell but wish the big guy all the best in his future endeavours...even if that includes penguin farming

    It was disrespectful to a guy who may not be the best but who acted professionally and to the best of his abilities when with the club.

    Good luck to him. I hope he continues in the game, hopefully at St Mirren or Ross County.

    Dry your eyes, both comments said they wished the big fella all the best, it was a bit of fun, a joke, a wee kid on...nothing too serious. This relegation dog fight is certainly getting to some of our fans when a wee bit of light hearted banter is treated like some kind of assault on the guys character. Lighten the FK up guys, seriously?
