I had a lovely breakfast combining a small amount of carbs, fiber, fats and protein. It was one slice of whole grain toast (organic; no GMOs, no high-fructose corn syrup), a little cream cheese, and a poached-fried egg (organic, generously deonated by a local naturally raised chicken). A little salt and pepper to taste!

Aside this, I had the juice of two fresh California oranges and two cups of french roast coffee, freshly ground, black, no cream or sugar!
