    As members of the Board of Rangers FC that was liquidated I think I'm correct in saying both King and Murray are precluded from being directors of the new company for 5 years from the liquidation date.

    Otherwise you'd have folk setting up bogus companies, running up debts, liquidating and starting again, and again, and again.

    I think that being a director when banned in such circumstances was one of the things that landed Craig Whyte in bother with officialdom

    Murray was sacked by Whyte so nothing to stop him being a director. A 'pro-Rangers' post so hopefully wee pluek will stop abusing me
