How do Rangers change the stereotype?

With the offensive tweets to Muslims and the quite startling racism from the 'Ibrox Volunteer', how do Rangers change the stereotype that their fans are basically a bunch of racist neds?

Non 'we arra peepel' Rangers fans must despair.

The disgusting scenes from the pro union flag mob in George square after the referendum summed up what seems to have manifested into a "nobody likes us,we don't care attitude" a****est rangers fans.
They seem to blame everyone else for their financial troubles, nobody but themselves created their mess.

As for all the billy britains in their fan base,do they not want anyone that was'nt born in the British isles to play for them ,don' they want anyone other than white play for them.

Why is it ok for Scottish people to immigrate to other countries but not for people to immigrate to scotland?

I know some, aye. Still don't understand why any normal person would want involved with that lot, but still.

Think you've hit the nail on the head on this JTS. And given the changes at Ibrox this would have been an oppertune time for those in charge at the club to put clear BLUE water between them and the neanderthals.

Unfortunately, far from distancing themselves from those who'd bring the club into disrepute they seem to have encouraged some of the carry on. One would have to ask why would a new board with an oppertunity for changing the mindset of the fans not avail of it.

Fear of alienating too sizeable a revenue stream perhaps?

Nearly all clubs have scvmbags in their support, but not every club gets such a great oppertunity to turn over a new leaf for such a sizeable amount.

Sevco had a chance to rid Scottish football of the baggage that the old original Rangers Football club carried around. Charles Green noticed that season tickets where shifting slower than he hoped so with a "WATP", here and a "No Surrender" there, the Knuckle dragging hoardes attached themselves to Sevco. Sectarianism and bigotry sells at Ibrox, the Culture of self entitlement helps fester the type of "Air of Supremacy" that Wattie the Cardigan festooned bigot once spoke of. You will never remove this from Ibrox while that stadium stands, its in with the bricks.

    How many times atim?

Rangers is on its knees. The rebuilding will take time.

Try to exercise patience. Priorities and all that.
