    Absolutely, you can't fault them. That dyke gets every last inch from his men [!]128512;

    They need to do that against the lesser teams to stay up though

    We all know, if you don't beat the teams around you, then it's curtains, if those teams are down the bottom. So Howie's lad may be on to something

    Not taking owt away from they're great result was thoroughly deserved but lets face it they didn't even have to raise they're game as City were absolute utter dog shoite I'd have been pulling my hair out if I was a City fan watching the multi million pounds worth of talent just going through the motions I think they thought all they need to do was turn up.

    I just love it (ala KK ) when the big boys get beaten by their 'inferiors'.
    Doesn't matter which minnow does it, but it pleases me no end when I hear that the mega stars saunter into games 'full of it'.
    This epitomises just what is so nauseating about many of today's top flight pro's.

    I will say it on here because on clarets mad they cannot take a rovers fan making a compliment towards their team
    They go into meltdown
    Congrats fully to a fantastic performance by Burnley that will go a long way to helping with survival
    If you stay up it will prove you don't have to spend millions to stay in the league just a manager who can get the very best out of what he has got.

    Cant fault their commitment.4 points out of 6 against Man.City this season. I am expecting Dyche to keep this team of zero-pencers up this season. If so,as I already said,he is manager of the year for me, a devout Rovers fan.

    Very good point Milly. City do have a tendency to think they don't have to work hard to win a match. That said, if the Dings stay up I reckon Dyche should be in the hat for MOTY.

    I echo this, great result and performance. One win in 10 matches suggested City would be there for the taking. But Burnley still needed to perform, and did that. They need to go and pick points up away at places like Everton etc now, or that result will remain a one off. City are a joke like their big spending neighbours.
