Highest average home attendances

I thought you may find this interesting, below is a table showing the average home attendances for 50 European clubs, this is based on the 2012/2013 season with the previos seasons rank shown in brackets. Its surprising the Borussia Dortmund appear to have the highest average home attendance in the world, Newcastle are surprisingly ranked 9th, Chelsea only 28th and Sunderland 34th. No surprise to see Manchester United at number 2:

Yeah and the Germans feature heavily with a host of clubs into the top 20. Since they hosted the World Cup years ago and improved their Stadiums they have never looked back alongside their Recent Champions League successes.
