No. It makes no financial sense to do that before getting there. Better to spend the money on getting there in the first place. THEN, having managed to become an established Prem team for 3-4 years... that would be the time to look at ground expansion.

This is much more likely to be either
    1. ripping out some carpark spaces to create a new shopping arcade
    2. iPro Hotel.

    My money is on #2.

i can imagine what the Rattea Lounge would be like...

You are shown to a table and order a drink - you ask for the menu which is almost incomprehensible as it is riddled with typos. You call the owner over and ask him to explain what the choices are. You are told that you are ill educated and should be able to understand simple English.

You protest - and are insulted still further, and the merits of your education are questioned, forcefully. You protest again, and are banned from the Lounge. You try to talk to some of the other waiters, but they all line up alongside the owner and refuse to take any action regarding his arrogant behavior.

It's a lounge that you determine never to go into again - but strangely you keep getting drawn back into it, on a kind of masochistic mission to make the place better and more customer friendly. You will never succeed: even members of the Armed Forces have tried and failed.

Slowly the number of customers fall and eventually the Lounge is co

And then if you ever feel like going for a second visit ( doubtful) and despite the menu being improved and the food tasting better you complement the chef the owners says "aha not really .. It may appear better but that's because you are not eating the same potatoes as last time and it's not raining today so therefore it's not a justified comparison so naff off"
