Did The Rangers receive favourable terms from the SFA

over Ashley's interests in two clubs? They fined Ashley but agreed to postpone the case against The Rangers until after the EGM while they gave Livingston no such leeway.

    Campbell Ogilvie anyone?

This is only one instance of the authorities favouring the Ibrox club.
When Gretna went burst the newco that replaced them wasnt fast tracked into the league the way sevco were.

Aberdeen have twice qualified for a relegation play-off. One of which they won, and the other which did not happen, for (daft) reasons that were in the rulebook and known to all before the season started.

They have never been in an automatic relegation spot.

When Gretna were liquidated they went out of league football completely - their phoenix club, with a new, was let back into South of Scotland set up that became the Lowland League - not directly into the SPFL.

their phoenix club is not a continuation of the original gretna which is why the situation is different to hearts, coventry leeds, rangers, hibs and about 15 other clubs - its not rocket science, its been explained to you numerous times, this is the offical position accepted by everyone credible yet you still insist in talking pysh
