I'd take Vlaar, Milner and Ings (and maybe Friedel as he's happy as backup and still has a few more years in him I think, even though he's already ancient..) - view external link

Not many. That looks like Harry's shopping list - old and expensive!
Ings being one exception.

We may have had a near miss with Vlaar if this season is anything to go by.
