    Preston Great

At the game on Saturday against Bristol City was Alex Bruce, all time great for PNE and winner of the Golden Boot (for being top scorer in Europe)
    I shook his hand.
    It was an honour.
I never saw the best of him, but he was/is a legend

Like you les only saw him in his last couple of years for us partnering up front with Stevie Elliott however AB had a cracking scoring record for PNE and one of the best strikers to grace Deepdale.
