This alternative take on Premier League manager rankings throws up a few surprises. The top manger award often goes to the manager of the team winning the PL (or coming close), But is that a true measure of a managers ability?

Would be interesting to see what people think of how Championship managers would rank? I guess Eddie Howe would be many peoples top achiever. McCarthy has done ok on a tiny budget. What about Steve McClaren ? - view external link
