    Play Off Opposition

So let's assume we get to the play offs. Who would you want in the semi and the, if we win, who at Wembly?

I was pondering that, it looks like one from 3 Watford, Boro or Norwich, not that history or even current form means much but, on balance I think I'd want to avoid Boro in any game, they do seem to be a bogey team no matter when we play them -

Watford have a frightening strike force - 3 of their fit stikers have double figures and the one currently unfit is close - but as we have shown in the games against them are suspect in defence, Norwich have a very strong squad but again are beatable.

I'd like Watford. very good team but we've got a better chance against someone who tries to play football.

boro and Norwich are both very efficient teams that play the type of football we struggle with.

I expect Bournemouth and Norwich to go up auto so I'd say our best chance is us v Watford in the semis and hope 6th beat boro (which has to be unlikely).

I think it will actually finish:

    3rd Watford
    4th boro
    5th derby

I wouldn't be confident if we got boro in the semis unless we've got thorne and martin back fully fit I don't fancy our chances of that.

It doesn't matter who we get, we will get through to wembley following one shaky leg then romp to the big league 4-0 on the big day

For me ideal scenario would be Watford in semi followed by Ipswich at Wembley.

Norwich and Boro worry me slightly more and the Bamford factor does not bear thinking about!

Norwich v Boro is a biggy tonight

I'd love us to have Boro in the final at Wembley, with them being favourites!

Saying that if we lose tomorrow it could all be Squeaky bum time again!

Middlesbro' in the semis as Steve could then use the away leg to start taking some of his stuff up to his new office and pop back down to watch 2 of his x teams...and it saves the company on petrol expenses and he probably only has to use half a days holiday out of his 20 days annual leave

Not really...but I'd love boro in the final even though I know a lot of people would find this final hard. I know it could go 2 ways with Bamford scoring and arrogantly parading the pitch to see Derby stay down but if it goes the other way..oh the dreams are great..Keogh last minute winner...Bamford own goal...or just win

Next best thing to beating Forest at the moment for me
