Good post this. I know it is a bit of a tradition but we really don't need to annoy the FL right now and the Burberry/Stone Island clad hoards, plus the big fat blokes who should know better, running on before the game has finished last time, means we need to be extra careful.

Club should be handing out flyers to get the message across. Right thinking supporters will probably police it themselves then.

Why bother even asking people to refrain from running on pitch???? No one listens! No one will listen and I don't know the FA rules etc about going on pitch. But why would they be fined? It's not owned by FA it's our bit of turf and if people run on pitch they run on pitch... I don't recall it ever causing a problem ?just causing a celebration (hopefully it will be celebration)
I'm led to believe that every club that clinches promotion or securing league status will invade the pitch. So like I said why bother asking people?? They'll do it anyway and I'm sure they expect that no matter what the Football league say or anyone else. I've always gone on pitch but I don't break bones to get on the pitch I normally wander down to front when most are already on. UTM!!!! Let's get this championship win in the bag tonight all done and dusted. My heart can't take the leeds game

Asking fans not to go on pitch is like trying to get blood out of a wall.

If they deduct us points (doubt) or fine us then they have got to do the sme with all the other clubs.

JUST WAIT UNTIL THE FINAL WHISTLE.
