Difficult to know for certain if Stevie Mac fell or was pushed. My opinion, for what it's worth comes somewhere in between. Mac did himself no favours with Derby, it's board or the fans, for not killing any speculation some time ago. This in itself began to rock him unsteadily on the wall. We all know that American business men can be quite ruthless when things do not go to plan, especially when something goes a disastrously wrong as it did in the last two months of the season. This combined with Macs refusal to be straight John Bull with all concerned led to him being tipped over the edge and shown the door. If it is Newcastle who come calling next for his services then he should take notice of why Alan Pardue left there some time ago (and became Crystal Palaces saviour this season). The grass is not always greener on the other side.

nothing left to say is there rats after that post . it just shows how far out of touch with all other posters on here were in a debate about the club you just take p out of everything.
