Shame. I guess his injury isnt healing as hoped.

If only Eustace had been played at the very start of the season instead of trying Hendrick and Hughes in the holding role. That was a bad mistake.

Disappointed by this. Sorry Angry, but genuinely believe we would've made the playoffs if he was fit and in our team.

Not surprised and not disappointed. Yes he played a valuable part, but only when fit which last season especially was not often enough - he may ahve helped the team reach the play offs, but as he was unfit didn't and going forward clearly cannt be part of Derby's future.

So farewell, thanks for what you've done for the club.

Pity that, sad to see him go. The only genuine on the pitch leader we had but probably his best playing days are gone at Championship level.

Sad (not sorry), to see John go. Had no real issue with him as a person just the hype that he was some sort of superhuman saviour and everything would be okay if he played. He never was that good, he was a stop gap and thats all.. People were so desperate to see something that just was not there.. His career proved he was average at best and that is exactly what he is. Perhaps I missed the 10 years he must have been at Barca.. Surely he must have been reading some of the pony I have read on here about him.
