Just an update on the massive signing that I'm promising

Apparently officials at the club can't stop boasting (subtly) about how we're going to be breaking the transfer record TWICE this window. By that I mean spending more than the £4.75 million on Ince. It would seem that we've already made contact with this player and it's not definitely not Jordan Rhodes.

Just to clarify, on the post I did before when I said I heard that it might be Lambert, they were just rumours. I'm as much in the dark in this as anyone else and that was before I discovered we would be breaking our record again.

Whatever I say and how much you doubt me, the amount of ambition being shown by the board is what every fan dreams of their club doing! Whoever this player is, I have extremely high hopes.

These 'officials' are 'bragging (subtly)' very quietly and not very widely. Not my idea of 'bragging'.

RBF, your predictions do track closely to what Nixon writes. So you either both have the same source, or one of you is feeding off the others predictions. Why dont you make up one that is BIG but plausible, and lets see if Nixon copies you!
