"We know we under-performed massively last season"

How refreshing to see a footballer showing some honesty and admitting to his and his teammates' failings.

Darren McGregor has admitted to The Bears that he and his colleagues failed last season.

Listen here big man, whatever shortcomings you may have had, you were a lot less culpable for what went wrong last season than a lot ofs I could mention. But your honesty and dignity is welcome none the less. You could of course have moaned and whinged like some others have done, but that's not what would be expected of A Ranger.

We might never with the Champions League with you at the back, but you stick in at your job and you'll be a pretty useful asset to The Club next season and maybe in those to follow. And if your honesty and professionalism are matched by your performances on the park, you will never be short of the full support of The Bears.
