Not forgetting of course, that the majority of peers live in Greece.
Has to be via moneysupermarket site.
Invest £3000 for 18 months with Wellesley peer to peer lender and get 4 per cent interest plus free mini ipad worth £239 upfront.
I am invested with Wellesley and got my free Kindle without any problems.
Just thought I would draw your attention to this but remember your money does not have the Financial Services protection although Wellesley are regulated.
Its the best offer I have ever seen as its basically a tax free £239 paid upfront on a £3000 loan with end of term interest of 4 per cent to come.
If Wellesley go bust within 18 months then we could have problems but unlikely!
Not forgetting of course, that the majority of peers live in Greece.

The loans are secured against property assets also.
Your money is matched with a large number of loans which gives added protection...for instance my £4000 invested was split between 500 borrowers!
Wellesley also invest their personal money so I like the business platform very much and the risk although not fully protected seems low.
One thing you need to watch out for, if you take your money out before the 18 months are up they reserve the right to take the cost of the iPad out of your account (£239) so you need to be sure you won't need the money.
Thats true greatfire but anyone who didnt expect that then maybe they should not be investing at all and keep their money under the bed.Originally Posted by great_fire
