They have got it so wrong. An absolute disgrace. Totally unaffordable for many, if not most fans, and even those that can afford it will think twice. The board should think again and have the idiot / idiots who came up with this in the office. If it was Chnasiri who came up with this little beauty he should take time out to talk to the fans and reverse the decision as it seems he has no idea of the financial realities that exists in South Yorkshire. A total rip off and there is no defence for the hike. Shameful!

Match day prices should be decreasing not going up.It doesn't send out the right message and also has no consideration of the financial situations of many in the area and beyond. It doesn't bode well for prices next year and beyond. Premiership prices for Championship football? It will come back to bite Mr Chansiri and he will have no one to blame but himself.

All this and an evil Tory Government - it's a nightmare in reality. Can it get worse - I hope not.

The one thing a new owner of a football club should do from the very start is try to win the fans over...

Just when we thought everything was going along nicely Mr. Chansiri hits us with this gigantic bomb shell...

    It's a disgrace.

How the hell does he expect a working class bloke to take his wife and kids etc to a match on a Saturday afternoon at those idiotic prices.

If nothing is done about this he's gonna lose the up and coming young supporters of Wednesday by pricing them out.

Absolutely stupid desicion by the club.

Maybe we'll get a discount if we take a tin of fish? I was looking forward to a few family outings at S6 this year. Not now it seems. I've never seen a decision at the club cause such instant outrage. Everyone I've talked to today is disgusted. My Dad, God rest him, would be fighting this tooth and claw if he was still here. I will in his memory and more. Totally indefensible.

What next; people in the posh seats rattling their jewelry while the rest of us are told to eat cake while stood outside?

It's an own goal from Chansiri and it's instantly destroyed the positiveness around the club at the moment.

Many people are focusing on the CAT A* prices - which I doubt we'll pay unless it's a MASSIVE game. I wonder if they will announce the categories as we go, or announce them all for each game before the season kicks off?

A members card gives you £5 off the ticket prices, which indicates to me that away fans will suffer the most.Be interesting to see how many away fans boycott Hillsborough next season.

P.S I won two tickets to any SWFC home game at a charity event last week...who wants them for £80?

Scandalous! I though your new chairman had a few bob, it looks like is plan is to get the fans to fund his ambitions.

He is obviously out of touch with the fans

Indefensible pricing. Chancer has completely misjudged the market of the club he has bought, madness from the Thai.

You're either on the wind up or suffering from insomnia. Not that long ago you were praising the high prices as a bold and brave strategy that would fast track success. You also short-sightedly minimised the financial damage by claiming that regular ST holders would be hardly affected ... you displayed an 'I'm alright Jack' mentality.

Now you're criticising Chancer and rubbing it in your fellow Pig's faces that you won a couple of tickets.

    Tut, tut, tut.
