2,500 Suderland fans turned up for a friendly at Doncaster on a Wednesday night.

The powers that be should try to get a friendly with them at NYS next season. Imagine how many they'd bring on a Saturday?

I know there's nothing in a friendly as so many players are used etc but Managers will be looking for those they want to start in 9 days time so they will have used most first team players…..well done to Donny for winning 2-0 and just across the M180 Scunny beat the pigs 4-2….again nowt to look into but it must cause a manager concern to lose to a lower league club even in a friendly….

Guy that works for me is a Sunderland fan living in Donny - he knew they were coming in droves and me being a good boss signed off his holiday so he could join them for an all dayer.........he's a bit fragile this morning and is already thinking it may be another long old season for Sunderland.
