    I'd have him on a 1 year contract and see how it goes. Quality player IMO.

    I thought his performances last year for QPR weren't given enough credit. Clearly a good enough player if West Ham fancied him. Often think Derby at the moment are too nice, he could change that.

    Seeing as Forest fans seem to be of the opinion that we're too rough during the derbies I'd be quite tempted to offer him a contract just to really give them something to moan about.

    What I heard West ham had dropped out this morning on talk sport on my way to work. Soon as I got to work I said to my work mate I hope we go for Barton. That is exactly what we are missing. A bit of bite and aggression. A big yes from me.
