443 is the answer,, before anybody pulls me for the extra man,grant is playing midfield,more use there,, ok a bit cruel the honest answer is he has lost his way and is on a run of clangers and if things can go wrong for him at the mo they do, needs to be rested and out the spotlight for a bit,

Most of realise it's a gamble ,,never been a number one before ,read loads on here ,ie is he out of his depth ,,,don't really matter what we think on that , it's all about the players,, do they think he s out of his depth? That will define how he and Derby will do this season, we have good solid players decent squad ,, (need a couple midfield now) they are well capable of challenging for top two , the ***** question is do they/ will they buy into clement,, yes we had injuries last season but they don't fully explain the dire form drop in the players , they no longer bought into mclaren for whatever reason ,backdoor deal newkie ,
at this point I'm not sure whether players are on board

Bit too highbrow for me,, I was thinking more along the lines of will we have established players who think ,we played great for two seasons who the hell is this bloke who s never managed before to come in and try to change everything, it happens, nothing to Confucius about it ,just football player stuff
