Ask the waiter in a Puerto del Carmen bar and I'll admit to annoying the rest of the punters by shouting SHOOT about seven times!!!
We did look pretty good in possession though a few times!!!

I just said to a brum colleague we looked like four individual up front by over playing it. They are not a unit and want to beat every player on the field.

    Couldn't agree more!

I agree to an extent but the link play for the goal tonight was good and it will click, I'm sure of it. All it needs is for players to become accustomed to each other's attributes and the system we are playing.
The side put out in each league game so far has shown quality in terms of strength in depth but it hasn't shown any player consistency yet. This is hampering the progress slightly but we've got a defensively strong and resolute team that will click. I'm sure when we get a bit of personnel consistency to the spine of the team there will be some creative developments

It'll come good, you can see the quality we have. I can't believe how unlucky we've been, another deflected goal and us hitting the woodwork 3 times and a penno turned down.
It takes about 6 games for things to gel and we're getting better with every match!

Yes we've perhaps been guilty of the above but I'm not concerned at this point. Keep ball can tire the opposition but to be fair it's nice to have a lead first and then keep it (ball and lead). It's coming, someone's gonna be on the wrong end of one soon

Got to agree, Clement and Derby have had some really rotten luck. We've conceded two deflected goals and dominated our games. Along with that we've hardly had any decisions go our way when it comes to penalties. On the flip side, I think our first four games are trickier than people realise. I think Brum will be challenging for the top six this season, Boro are obviously a side this year, I think Charlton will be top half at least this year (although admittedly we should have won) and I don't expect Bolton to do well this year but we won't be the first team to drop points there. The luck will change sooner or later. Don't forget we're unbeaten this year!
