Don't know whether our left side defenders are playing to orders, but I have found that we are giving to much room on our left, our left back keeps getting sucked into the middle just outside the 18 yard area, Norwich like other teams have taken advantage, it as not just happened, when Skarz & before him played we were manipulated by other sides.
Where we are in the west stand near the away end, I & other supporters are shouting to cover this area, If us supporters can see this, why can't our manager & coaches see it.

I don't think it helped not having a specialist LB playing last night.
When we were at our best last season was when we were playing with proper full backs not make do and mend.
We need everyone fit as soon as possible if not get cover in on loan.

Agreed. I think, too that Collins is prone to backing off, which means that there's space behind the full back if you do press the ball.

To this my original post.
Again not having a proper left back left us short again, their 1st goal coming from their right wing because we didn't have the cover on the left, again our full back sucked into the middle, giving them loads of room.
I couldn't understand Evans taking Newell off, he should taken Richardson off & put Newell at left back.
Only defensive player who is any good is Buxton, Halford & Collins have to be dropped, they don't give Our keeper any cover, get Mattock fit or buy a proper left back.

The 1st goal V Fulham may have come from our left back area but Pringle was first to react to the save from Adam C.
Our entire defence are slow to react.
Any decent player whether it be Striker / Defender will tell you it is anticipation which counts, it does give you an advantage.
