Wow. That is some serious spending.

Just wondered, been following the news feeds on and off during the day,and it seemed a little unusual. Maybe it's the modern thing these days, maybe things have moved on and this is how it's done, I don't know. But to me, this is 'effin' huge (and I'm not convinced we should be splashing cash like this but thats a separate point), it's still £10 million quid, in one day! And yet, if you look at the two photos, is there any one common denominator in both that may seem a little bit strange to anyone?
