    O/T EGG CHASING WORLD CUP

Didn't think I'd get any interest up for this but it being at home and all I'm really looking forward to it.
    C'mon England!

I do enjoy the egg chasing to be honest having played the game myself. I used to play Sunday league football and our training coach was cpt at DK rugby club after one training session he ask me if I played rugby due to the way I play footie. I ended up playing for Stourport for a couple of seasons.

I went to a secondary school where Rugby was the main sport, football wasn't allowed at the school, bar in your break times. I always try and catch an England game, but it often clashes with football. Tonight i have the game on the television, but Ipswich v Blues is also live on Sky sports.

    Love it, me.

Real sport played by real sportsmen.
Passion, humility, effort, blood sweat and tears.
Remember Lawrence Dallaglio belting out the national anthem, tears streaming down his face in 2003?
I was a proud Englishman that year.

You just don't get this in football and never will.

    COME ON ENGLAND........

Indeed-it makes a change to watch an England team that give a s@@t about the shirt

The extra point for the fourth try would be interesting if you got an extra point in football for a fourth goal.

Im not a fan really Eve but it IS a World Cup after all and I cant help but try to get interested, especially as England are involved. Ive noticed that Australia are in our group and Wales as well, that one could be a bit of a decider.

And Ive just more or less posted the same on our board Mr.D, I think it could be interesting if they offer that bonus point in future footy World & Euro Cups for a 3 or 4 goal group win.

I want to see how the USA get on at this tournament.
How are they going to cope without helmets, shoulder pads, chest pads, back pads?

Also, how are they going to cram a 6 hour game into 80 minutes?

I don't think shouting three random numbers followed by "hut hut hut" will go down well in the scrum.

Neither will a silly dance be accepted if they manage to score a touchdown..sorry, try.

Only joking gents, just a bit of fun

Very cheeky there Newcy Geordie Wolf
But I agree with you, Im NOT a Union fan and this League and Union thing will always go on. And Im always thinking of ways to improve the inferior Union game.
