    SACK THIS MUG NOW

Whatever one of the spineless faceless wonders that is running this shambles of a set up do yourselves a favour and chuck it along with this clown.

totally agree with the sentiment. wife told to go to game but based on previous results knew id be wasting my money (went shopping instead) and i wasnt proved wrong. from what i heard on sportscene results, hamilton had a goal disallowed and several near misses and we were lucky to get beat only 1-0. if this carries on and nothing so far gives me cause to think otherwise, time for IB to put his hands up and walk away now.

The board won't sack him as they're just as culpable and incompetent as he is, the fact that they were taken in by this Chancer's nice guy routine when appointing him is proof positive of that in my opinion.

If McCall hadn't walked last year then he'd still be here now regardless of what state or division we were in as despite the fact that it was patently obvious that we needed a change, there is no way they would have sacked him, indeed, Alan Burrows virtually said as much and even begged him to stay when he was considering walking a few weeks before he did, so that tells a lot.

Unless IB does the decent thing then he is going nowhere I'm afraid.

When was the last time we scored in the 90 minutes of a game at New Douglas Park,we simply don't compete physically or otherwise to give ourselves a chance.IMO we will loose to both Morton and Dundee and when we do the board will then have to do something as the ground will be virtually empty for home games. We now accept defeat without any fight or desire,we haven't despite all the new signings improved one iota since last season and if anything have went backwards. We won't have to worry about the playoffs his season as we look nailed on for 12th place in the league.

He has to go. He has had a year now to make his own signings and make his mark on the team and we haven't improved one bit. As it stands we are now in a relegation fight this season....again. I would love to know how they came to the decision to give him the job as manager in the first place. Was it because he won a league title in Ireland, was it because he was chief scout at S*********horpe or some other might from down that way, or was it simply penny pinching. Whatever reason it is they look to have made a major c*** of it as this guy doesn't seem to know his a*** from his elbow.

Those who appointed Baraclough have to be held accountable along with him. It was an 'out of the box' type of appointment given that Baraclough's track record wasn't anything to write home about and little was known of him and when you make such an appointment it has to work out and it simply hasn't.

I have no doubt that there was a degree of penny pinching involved and that those on the interview panel were swayed by Baraclough's ability to talk the talk, but the appointment has been a disaster and everyone involved have to hold their hands up.

This, I fear, is another indicator of the fact that we have a few well meaning individuals running the club, but no more. Burrows and McCafferty had no previous experience of being in senior positions at a football club, yet they would be heavily involved in such a key role of appointing a new first team manager, not a task to be taken lightly and it requires experience and know how to make the right call. I'm afraid that we just don't
